Policies

In order to offer the best service to our clients, we ask that you adhere to a few guidelines.

  • 48-hour cancellation

    To avoid a fee, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancelations will be charged the full value of the service booked.

    If you do not contact your provider and are more than 15 minutes late, it is considered a missed appointment. Please, if you will be tardy, let your practitioner know at least before 15 passed your scheduled appointment start time.

  • Intake

    Before your service, all clients are required to fill out an intake and provide formal written consent. You will find this form in your confirmation email. Please be sure to fill it out PRIOR to your first appointment.

    Please arrive showered and free of scents or emollients ( oils/ lotions) as they may interfere with the oils used during your service.

  • Session Termination

    Either party may terminate the session at their discretion. Any misconduct will result in the termination of the session and incur a full charge for the service and removal from ability to book future appointments.

  • No returns or refunds.

    Please only purchase and book what you can commit to as we do not offer refunds or returns at this time. Rescheduling permitted as needed up to 48 hours in advance.
